5. Fill up Two Forms of “BORAN PNA 42”

It is recommended to fill two forms of “BORANG PNA 42” with correct entries and submit at the counter of SSM office in Malaysia for a quick check. If all the details will be correct, you might be issued with right registration number on the same, but it depends upon the rush at the office or processing rate of your application.
